iDream, You Dream, We All Dream...of a high tech new smartphone!

Lakhimpur ki influencer Mahi Singh ne apne recent “fundraiser” video se internet ko full charge kar diya — emotion aur confusion dono se. Bas background mein sad violins missing the, par appeal poori filmi thi: “Bas ek, do, teen rupaye bhej do, mera dream phone mil jaayega.” Phone ka price tag? Only ₹1.49 lakh.

Father Lock, Follower Unlock

Apne followers se pyaar aur paise dono maangte hue, Mahi ne bataya ki unke father ne teen mahine pehle hi unhe isi smartphone company ka ek saal puraana model  gift kiya tha. Par ab brand new model ka colour dekh ke, Mahi ko mila ek new dream. Jab papa ne mana kar diya, Mahi ne socha, “Papa nahi to public hi sahi.” Aur shuru ho gayi unki micro-crowdfunded birthday wishlist.

Reel Life, Real Appeal

Video mein woh keh rahi hain: “If you all help with one, two, three, or four rupees each, I’ll thank you from the bottom of my heart.” Matlab gratitude bhi UPI se linked. Followers ke liye ek emotional push aur critics ke liye ek instant trigger — dono deliver ho gaye free of cost.

Comment Section Ki Currency

Social media ne expectedly party shuru kar di. Ek ne likha: “Next goal — Monte Carlo mein 4BHK, same crowd funding model.” Dusra bola: “Yehi log crowdfunding ko lifestyle bana rahe hain.” Lekin teesre user ne logic ka dose diya: “YouTubers superchat se kama rahe hain, toh agar koi chhoti influencer ₹2 maange toh itna bawaal kyu?”

Matlab, trolling bhi divided by class struggle.

Internet par har “help me” link ab charity nahi, kabhi-kabhi luxury wishlist bhi hota hai. Mahi ne prove kar diya ki naye zamane ke influencer ka formula simple hai — followers ke saath saath funding mile toh bohot hi badhiya hai!
