Experts ne bataya — wall AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block se bani thi. Ye material light aur eco-friendly hota hai, par brick jaisa tough nahi. Developer ne kaha — ye normal hai, par buyer ne socha: “Agar pencil itna asar kar sakti hai, toh screw lagane par kya hoga?”
