KOTA ke Gumanpura mein ek December afternoon badi hi masaledaar nikli. Teen aadmi — do fake police uniform mein, teesra “dress code optional” mode mein — ek private residence mein ghus aaye. Wahaan unhone ₹36 lakh chori ki… aur socha, “Why stop at cash when you can have a cook too?” Ghar finance firm ke employees ne rent pe liya tha, aur unka cook tha Vishal, jisne kabhi socha nahi hoga ki lunch ke baad wo khud menu ban jayega.
Lekin zyada der tak yeh chef’s special nahin chala. Paach kilometre door, Rawatbhatta Road par, gang ko samajh aaya — “Bhai, too many cooks spoil the broth!” Shayad socha hoga ek bhi cook rakhenge toh unki khair nahin. Vishal ko jitne suddenly uthaya tha, utne hi suddenly drop bhi kar diya.
Jab ye news social media par viral hui to ek commenter ne kaha: “Kota mein cash kam aur cook zyada secure karna padta hai.” Dusra bola: “Burglars used to raid the fridge; ab poora chef le ja rahe hain.”
2024 ke viral hall of fame mein yeh incident definitely “Michelin-star madness” category ka winner hai. Lesson simple hai — Kota mein loot sirf cash ki nahi hoti, kabhi-kabhi cuisine ki bhi ho sakti hai.
