Tedhe Samachaar ki Seedhi Baat

- A Lucknow street vendor has gone viral for serving “garam matcha chai” in a kulhad.

- Video shows him boiling bright green matcha like desi chai.

- Netizens are split between “RIP Matcha” and “Ghar-ghar Matcha Yojna.”

IN A PLOT twist that even the chaiwala universe didn’t see coming, a Lucknow vendor has given Japan’s fancy green tea a full desi makeover. Picture this: instead of elegant ceramic bowls and serene café vibes, you’ve got a giant brass vessel bubbling away like a kadhai full of chai — but green. Very, very green.

Matcha aur Chacha ka Mashup

The vendor stirs the brew with a long ladle, steam rising as though it’s the most kadak chai in town — and then pours it into a kulhad, because why should chai be boring? Kulhad not only adds that earthy jhatka, but also makes matcha feel like it finally got its Indian passport stamped.  Netizens dubbed him “Matcha ke Chacha” and even jokingly suggested “tandoori matcha” is the future.

Internet Reacts: Giggles & Groans

As expected, the comment section turned into a desi stand-up show:

“Matcha crying in the corner.”

“Is this chutney or chai?”

“Ghar ghar matcha yojna!”

“Matcha born in Japan, died in India!”

Some were amused, others confused — but everyone watched.
